AdvanTech Sterilizers wants our customers to be 100% satisfied. Please call a customer service representative toll-free at 800.701.0186 if you would like to return an item or have an issue with your order.
Product Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Products that are returned damaged due to poor return packaging are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
Special Order Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned or cancelled. Clearance/Damage Box Products are not returnable.
