WashChecks® U Monitors for Ultrasonic Cleaner
Are You 100% Sure That Your Ultrasonic Cleaner Really Is Effectively Cleaning Your Instruments?
Disposable Ultrasonic Cleaning Monitors & Reusable Holders for Monitoring the Ultrasonic Cleaning Process
Check the effectiveness of the wash process in your ultrasonic cleaner with a consistent monitor on a routine basis. When cleaning conditions are effective, test soil on monitor is dissolved.
.
Multi-parameter test: The presence of a large amount of blue test soil remaining on the monitor reflects a serious deficiency in the ultrasonic cleaning efficiency. It tests the effectiveness of time, temperature and the detergent.
Low-cost monitor promotes routine use: We recommend monitoring the ultrasonic cleaner once daily with an empty load for a machine release and periodically throughout the day with instruments for a load release.
Use with reusable Wash-Checks holder: Save money by using the same reusable holder for both the Wash-Checks® and Wash-Checks® U. Holder acts as a hinged instrument, measuring impingement.
.
The WashChecks® U’s are inserted in the reusable holder so that the blue square is fully exposed.
For daily machine release: The monitor and holder are placed in the ultrasonic cleaner with cleaning liquid but no instruments with the blue square facing up, and a normal ultrasonic cycle is conducted.
For load release: The monitor and holder are placed in the cleaner on top of the instruments with the blue square facing up.
Interpretation: Blue indicator will have completely dissolved once proper washing conditions have been met.
