Enbio Magic Filter – High-Quality Water Filtration for Sterilization

The Enbio Magic Filter ensures the proper water quality for Enbio sterilizers by purifying water to deionized levels, meeting AAMI TIR34:2014/(R)2017 standards. Its ion exchange resin removes impurities, protecting your sterilizer from damage and ensuring effective sterilization.

Water Quality – Water Connection Setup – Wastewater Disposal

Water Requirements
  • Hardness: Less than 0.02 mmol/L
  • Conductivity (at 20°C/68°F): Less than 15 μS/cm
  • Chemical Additives: Do not add any chemicals, even those designed for steam generators, sterilization, disinfection, or corrosion protection.

⚠️ Important:

  • Using water with conductivity above 50 μS/cm can damage the sterilizer and void the warranty.
  • Impurities exceeding EN 13060 standards can shorten the unit’s lifespan.
Water Maintenance
  • Replace distilled water every 3 months to prevent contamination.
  • If the water tank becomes contaminated, replace it immediately.
  • Always keep the tank sealed to maintain water purity.
  • Using non-compliant water voids the manufacturer’s warranty
WATER IN – Feedwater Connection
  1. Connect the blue hose to the WATER IN port on the back panel (insert up to the black line).
  2. Submerge the other end into the feedwater tank.
  3. The built-in pump eliminates the need to place the tank above the sterilizer.
  4. Keep the water filter in a vertical position for proper function.
  5. Prevent hose coiling by attaching the included weight with a rubber ring (2 cm from hose end).
  6. Secure the hose with the supplied plug to prevent disconnection.

✅ Operational Checks:

  • Minimum water level: 300 ml
  • Ensure the blue hose remains submerged.
  • Regularly check and refill the water tank as needed.
  • Trim the hose if necessary to prevent bending.
WATER OUT – Wastewater Connection
  1. Connect the red hose to the orange WATER OUT port on the back panel (insert up to the black line).
  2. Drain wastewater into a dedicated waste tank.
  3. Secure the hose with the Enbio Magic Filter plug to prevent spills.

⚠️ Important Precautions:

  • The wastewater tank must be positioned below the sterilizer.
  • Do not submerge the red hose in water—this will prevent proper drainage and cause errors.
  • Trim the hose as needed to avoid bends or blockages.

Following these guidelines ensures smooth operation, prevents damage, and extends the lifespan of your sterilizer.
